Generally good service with parking on-site. A wide array of great breakfast options. Great and perfect location near a steady stream, the restaurant, and Porec, fabulous food.

Everything was great: the location, the room and especially the food (very-very diverse for a 3 * hotel, drinks were included).Excellent hotel!

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. They had made up cold dinner plates when we arrived late the first night because of a ferry delay. They gave us take away breakfasts the last day when we had to leave early for the ferry. The rooms are small but clean. The food for breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It was a great location for seeing the Istrian coast or spending time on the water at the beach.

The buffet was ok. The bathrooms had been redone so they looked nice.
The hotel looks like it was built in the 80's! The walls are glittery and light blue and the whole area reminded us of those cheap boats to Sweden/Tallinn. There were a lot of turists and noicy kids. The beach was soooo grouded and small and the water was dirty.

The hotel is located at the beach, has a wonderfully clean pool, the staff is excellent, the beach is very well kept and arranged, having in mind that all the hotels were full, there was still place. The food was excellent and plentiful, almost anything one could imagine and as much as one could take. Free beer, wine and soft drinks for supper. Air conditioning kept the room cold. The towels were changed daily, even though not necessary. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the very vicinity, and very lively late into the night with live music and shows.
The room was small. Not that it bothered much, but still we would have preffered it to be bigger, as we are of middle age and used to space.

enjoy amazing views and quick access to nearby attractions
I loved that I could take a pleasant walk to the beautiful beach and explore the vibrant Porec Old Town just a short stroll away. The friendly staff also was good, but the bathrooms could use a bit more space for added comfort.

Really close to a lovely waterfront. Food was resonable. The outdoor swimming pool was always quiet so you could get a sunbed everyday and go for a swim etc easily.
Our room was very small as I think they all are. We booked a double but got a twin room with the beds pushed together - apparently as we got told by check in the double bedded rooms are even smaller. We had booked for a sea view and got a room overlooking a grassy hill. We complained and got moved to a sea view room - this also looked over the pool and carpark before the sea. The whole hotel is very oldfashioned, it looked different to us when we got there than it had in the pictures. Once we got over the room we had a nice time though - we just wanted some sunbathing and activities which they have in abundance. Its very much a touristy all inclusive hotel as you could find anywhere else in Europe - it doesnt give any sort of a clue to how amazing Croatia is. I think that can be said for Porec in general though. So many nicer places to see it would be a shame if this is the only place you go.

Nice hotel, nice staff, very good food, clean but not too big rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool but also very close to the beach. Sport facilities are also very close.
Have to pay for internet usage.
